My first time at Integrity and I rate them very highly. I had a problem with a relative new AAA battery and they tested it and decided I needed a replacement. They did not have the exact size battery in house, but installed another battery to get me going. And they contacted AAA to have the exact battery delivered and I could get it changed out. I did come back a few days later, and they did the replacement. They handled all the contacts with AAA to replace the battery at no charge to me. All the of personnel where great. The facilities where excellent and really clean. Complimentary drinks and a snack. Talking to and dealing with owner Dan I know that INTEGRITY is the really a good name for the business. They live up to it! I got a quote on a set of new tires and they printed out two options with prices. And discussed both options so I could pick the best tire to fit my needs. The only negative is they need a bigger parking lot to handle all their business! I live about 30 miles away out in the country. I went to them because they were the closest AAA battery dealer. Lucky me to find them. I'll be back!

I was directed to take my car here when I arrived in Texas from up north and the engine conked out. They were completely honest with me and told me that it was not worth fixing and allowed me to keep the car in their lot for a couple weeks until I found someplace I was going to buy from and trade in the non-functioning car. I brought the car I was interested in buying in and had them check it out - quick and for a great price. Just took my car in for an oil change and they made sure to put the right oil in it (the last place I had it done at they didn't do that at all) and their price was one of the cheapest I had found for fully synthetic oil changes and they take Goodyear coupons, BONUS! They are always really nice, Lee is fantastic. Ive asked them several 'stupid' questions but they never look at me like its stupid and they give me an honest answer. Being a female new to the area i highly recommend this place. It may not be the cheapest place for some things, but I guarantee you they are going to be honest with you.
